Who I Am
The background, the thinking, and what drives me to work in data and CRO.
My name is Las Khezri. I'm a digital analytics specialist based in Borås, Sweden, currently finishing my education at Yrkeshögskolan Borås and wrapping up my internship at Conversionista, one of Sweden's leading CRO agencies.
I came into this field because I'm genuinely interested in why people behave the way they do online and how small, data-informed changes can have a real commercial impact. That intersection of psychology, data, and business is exactly where I want to work.
What I've learned across two commercial internships is that the analysis is only half the job. The other half is communicating it in a way that actually gets acted on. I care as much about how a recommendation lands in a room as I do about how it was built.
I'm available from May 2026 and looking for a role where I can keep developing hands-on, working with real data, real clients, and people I can learn from.
"The only bad outcome is the one you can't learn from."
In 2023, I was admitted to the Retail Management program at Linnéuniversitetet in Kalmar, where over two semesters I took courses such as Consumer Behavior and Marketing — courses that strongly shaped how I thought about my future career.
I gained valuable knowledge and appreciated the analytical methods I learned, such as micro- and macro-analyses and SWOT frameworks, but came to realize that the program as a whole wasn't aligned with my long-term goals. It was the analytical and digital marketing side of things that truly captured my interest.
That led me to move back to Borås and look for an education that was a better fit. I found the Digital Analyst program at Yrkeshögskolan i Borås, which gave me the opportunity to build on my existing knowledge in analytics and digital marketing. I am currently in my final stretch of the program, set to graduate in June 2026, and ready to take the next step toward a career where I can make a real impact.
