Conversionista is one of Sweden's leading CRO agencies. As an intern I worked directly on client projects — not internal tools or isolated tasks. That meant real client sites, real data, and real recommendations that needed to hold up in front of stakeholders.
Ellos Group is one of the Nordics' largest e-commerce groups, operating across multiple brands and markets. Working here meant understanding analytics at genuine scale — tracking user behaviour across high-traffic environments and building dashboards that non-technical stakeholders could actually use.
The biggest thing I took from this role was learning how to translate raw numbers into a story. Any analyst can pull a report — the skill is knowing which numbers matter, and why.
