A deeper look at what I've actually done — not just where I've been.
The role
Conversionista is one of Sweden's leading CRO agencies. As an intern I worked directly on client projects — not internal tools or isolated tasks. That meant real client sites, real data, and real recommendations that needed to hold up in front of stakeholders.
Skills gained
- Heuristic analysis — applied Nielsen's heuristics and conversion frameworks to live client sites across e-commerce and lead-gen
- Web psychology & best practices — applied principles like social proof, cognitive load reduction, loss aversion, anchoring, and the 7 levels of conversion framework to identify and explain conversion problems
- Quantitative data analysis — GA4 extraction, custom funnel building in Excel, tracking audits across 7 properties
- Dashboard building — Looker Studio with blended data sources and multi-datasource page filters
- Behavioural analysis — heatmaps and session recordings in Mouseflow, user interview analysis in Descript
- Qualitative analysis — user interview analysis, heatmap and session recording review, synthesising behavioural signals into findings
- Quant + qual triangulation — combining behavioural, interview, and analytics data into a single set of findings
- Stakeholder communication — building and delivering client-facing presentations, sitting in on workshops and client syncs
Tools & methods
The role
Ellos Group is a large-scale, multi-brand e-commerce group operating across multiple markets. Working here meant understanding analytics at genuine scale — tracking user behaviour across high-traffic environments and building dashboards that non-technical stakeholders could actually use.
The biggest thing I took from this role was learning how to translate raw numbers into a story. Any analyst can pull a report — the skill is knowing which numbers matter, and why.
What I worked on
GA4 implementation and tracking across brand properties. Building and maintaining dashboards for campaign and product performance. Supporting the analytics team with data extraction, validation, and reporting.
